Industrial producers and exporters of premium charcoal and pyrolysis by-products.
Piroliswiss is a company specialised in producing and exporting charcoal and high-value by-products, developed with industrial technology and efficient processes to reach high standards of quality and performance. We operate under a responsible and sustainable model, using forest biomass of legal origin and turning it entirely into high-value products.
Industrial production
We combine carbonisation technology in industrial metal retorts with controlled processes, joining precision, efficiency and operational control to deliver products of uniform quality, high yield and consistent specifications for demanding markets.
Responsible sourcing
We work exclusively with forest biomass of legal origin and authorised provenance, recovering resources that would otherwise be burned or wasted. Through efficient industrial processes we turn them into high-value products, reducing waste, pollution and the loss of raw material with high productive potential.

Biomass collection and sorting
We collect forest residue of legal origin and sort it before processing.
Wood processing
Logs are cut and prepared on site for loading into the retorts.
Industrial carbonisation
Controlled pyrolysis in metal retorts.
Rendering
By-product separation and processing
Pyroligneous acid goes to settling and maturation, charcoal fines to briquetting and charcoal to moisture-protected storage.
Packaging, logistics and export
We integrate packaging, storage and dispatch logistics to take the final product from the plant to industrial customers and international markets.

Each plant runs as an independent unit, so new plants can be replicated on other forest properties.
